Overview

The trip

NHSMUN is the flagship conference of the International Model United Nations Association, held in New York every March, with sessions at the New York Hilton Midtown and, availability permitting, at the United Nations Headquarters.

Students represent countries in simulated UN committees, research a global issue, and negotiate and draft resolutions with delegates from around the world. The conference traditionally closes with a ceremony inside the UN General Assembly Hall. ReadTrips prepares the delegation before departure and handles flights, accommodation and visas.
